At Hiya, every piece is made to order.
This means we only begin making your garment once we receive your order, and each piece is made specifically for you — to your measurements, your preferred fit and, where applicable, your customisations.
Because your garment is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re always happy to help. In eligible cases, we offer store credit, which you can use towards your next Hiya purchase.
We make each piece with care and want you to love what you receive. If something doesn’t feel quite right, just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
